Description
This white bean dip is made with 7 simple ingredients, and takes less than 10 minutes to make!

- 1 can white beans (cannellini, great northern and navy beans work great.)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tsp madras curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth
- Serve with Pita chips, crackers or veggies.
Notes
If you want an extra smooth white bean dip at 1-3 tbsp of cold water to the food processor.
If you don’t have a food processor, you can make this in a blender too.
Store in the fridge for up to a week
