These Healthy Banana Nut Muffins are easy to make right in a bowl and are super fluffy and packed with walnuts!
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
Mash the banana and mix together with the wet ingredients
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until combined
Mix in walnuts or any other mix-ins
Spoon the batter into a muffin pan filling 3/4 of the way full.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes
