Firecracker  cauliflower

crispy panko crusted cauliflower with a spicy chili sauce

This cauliflower is coated in panko and baked in the oven then topped off with a delicious sweet and spicy chili sauce.  This recipe is vegan-friendly and can be made gluten-free if needed!

step 1

Make the batter with flour, almond milk, salt and pepper

step 2

Add the cauliflower to the batter and toss together

step 3

Dip each piece of cauliflower into panko and place on a baking sheet

step 4

Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 22-25 minutes

Pour chili sauce into the cauliflower and toss together
