Notes

Use flavourful blueberries. If the blueberries you use don’t have much flavour, the smoothie will turn out bland, so make sure to use blueberries that are tasty. I personally love wild blueberries as they have more flavour.

Use a medium-ripe banana. If the banana is too ripe, it will overpower the blueberry flavour in the smoothie. If the banana isn’t ripe enough, it will be bland.

If using all fresh fruit in the smoothie, add ice. This will help to thicken the smoothie if you don’t have frozen bananas on hand.

This smoothie is easily customizable. Use any type of plant-based milk you love, add any additional fruits or mix-ins.
