Description

Coconut Bliss Balls


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. coconut butter (if you don’t have this, no worries! just add 2 tbsp. more of shredded coconut)
  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 tbs. brown rice syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • extra shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Place all your ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Your dough should be soft enough to mold with your hands, but not too mushy. (If it seems to dry, add a little more coconut oil. If it seems too wet, add a little more shredded coconut.)
  3. Using your hands, roll into small balls, then roll into the extra coconut
  4. Let set in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
