Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. coconut butter (if you don’t have this, no worries! just add 2 tbsp. more of shredded coconut)
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 tbs. brown rice syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. almond milk
- pinch of salt
- extra shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Place all your ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a smooth dough forms.
- Your dough should be soft enough to mold with your hands, but not too mushy. (If it seems to dry, add a little more coconut oil. If it seems too wet, add a little more shredded coconut.)
- Using your hands, roll into small balls, then roll into the extra coconut
- Let set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
