Description

A green protein smoothie with 25 grams of protein that is ready in 5 minutes!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • big handful of spinach (about 1 cup)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use this one)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
