- 1 1/2 cups almond flour (can sub oat flour)
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (can sub honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, protein powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix everything together until it forms a dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the pan.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
