Description

If you love perfect bars then try this homemade copycat version!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour (can sub oat flour)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (can sub honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the almond flour, protein powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix everything together until it forms a dough.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine. 
  4. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the pan.
  5. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Cut into bars and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
