This London Fog is made with lavender and chamomile for a fresh and floral tea latte you’ll love!

  • 3 tsp looseleaf earl grey tea
  • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 1 cup steamed plant-based milk (I like oat milk)

  1. Steep the earl grey tea, chamomile and lavender together in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Divide between two mugs, then add the rest of the ingredients.

If you have a milk frother at home, use it! Frothed milk works best in this recipe.

Make sure to steep the tea long enough, otherwise the latte can end up being too mild in flavour.
