Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup yogurt or full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (can sub honey, agave etc.)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl or a large jar and mix together to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning enjoy the oats with your favourite toppings.

Notes

Add any toppings you love to these overnight oats.

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
