Description
A delicious papaya smoothie that helps with digestion and glowing skin
Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped papaya
- 1 banana, frozen
- pinch of turmeric powder (about 1/8th tsp)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2–3/4 cup light coconut milk
Optional add-ins
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 scoop plant-based collagen powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend together until smooth and creamy. Start with 1/2 cup of coconut milk and add more if needed to blend.
- To create the white swirls on the glass, take a spoon and drizzle coconut milk around the glass. (This is optional, just to make it pretty!)
- Pour the smoothie into the glass and serve.
Notes
If you don’t like bananas swap it out for frozen mango or pineapple.
Add any mix-ins you love like protein powder.
