Ingredients

- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup almond milk
toppings
- fresh berries
- shredded coconut
- Eden back to basics
Instructions
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender, or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, shredded coconut, and Eden rawnola
