Description
Strawberry chia pudding is, easy and delicious and can be enjoyed for breakfast, a snack or dessert!

- 1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen work)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth. (*if using frozen strawberries, let them thaw before blending.)
- Add the strawberry milk to a large bowl with the chia seeds and whisk together until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Serve as is or top with yogurt, fresh strawberries or your favourite toppings.
Notes
Use fresh, flavourful strawberries for the best taste.ย
Add any toppings you love!
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
