Description
A healthy and fresh chia pudding loaded with fruity flavour!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milkย
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tspย vanilla extract
- zest of one lime
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh dragonfruit (or 1 tbsp dragonfruit powder)
- fresh strawberries to top
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, zest of one lime. Set aside.
- Puree the strawberries and dragonfruit in a blender or food processor. Strain and add to the chia pudding.
- Mix the chia pudding well and place in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
Notes
Keep chia pudding stored in the fridge for up to one week.
