A 2-ingredient watermelon slushie recipe perfect for a hot summer day!

- 5 cups of watermelon, cubed
- Juice of 2 limes
Instructions
- Cut up the watermelon and spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. (If you plan on freezing the watermelon overnight you can transfer it to a freezer-safe bag.)
- Let the watermelon thaw slightly before blending, then add the watermelon and lime juice a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches a slushie texture. (If the watermelon isn’t blending, let it thaw another 5-10 minutes.)
- Pour into glasses and enjoy right away.
Notes
If you don’t have a blender you can make this slushie in a food processor.
You can make this recipe with fresh watermelon too, just add ice until it reaches your desired texture.
