- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup – 1 cup of plant-based milk (depending on how thick you like it)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Notes
If you’re using all fresh fruit, add a handful of ice to this smoothie to help thicken it.ย
You can use frozen blueberries in this smoothie. If using frozen bananas and frozen blueberries you may need more liquid for the smoothie to blend.ย
