These Chocolate Macaroon Energy Balls are no-bake and only use 3 ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup high-quality cocoa powder
  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until combined.
  2. Use your hands to roll into balls.
  3. (Optional) Roll the balls into a plate of shredded coconut to coat
