- 1 1/2 cups Medjoolย dates
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup high-quality cocoa powder
- Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until combined.
- Use your hands to roll into balls.
- (Optional) Roll the balls into a plate of shredded coconut to coat
