Description
This Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse is packed with 15 grams of protein per serving and only takes 10 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk (from the top of the can)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, coconut cream (from the top of the can), maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla to a high speed blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer to jars or small bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- Use at least 2% cottage cheese for a richer taste.
- Blend well for a smooth and creamy texture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness before chilling.
- Store covered in the fridge up to 4 days.
