Description

This Cottage Cheese Queso Dips packs 17 grams of protein per serving and is ready in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (2% recommended)
  • 1/4 cup Tex Mex shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 12 tbsp water (as needed, to adjust texture)

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, Tex Mex cheese, chili powder, cayenne, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of water to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add an extra splash of water if needed to loosen the texture.
  3. Serve cold straight from the blender, or warm it up in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on high for 30–60 seconds until warmed through.
  4. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • Serve hot or cold depending on your preference—it’s creamy and delicious either way.
  • Adjust the texture by blending in 1–2 tablespoons of water until smooth and creamy.
  • If it’s hard to blend, use a food processor instead of a blender for easier mixing.
