Description
This Cottage Cheese Queso Dips packs 17 grams of protein per serving and is ready in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (2% recommended)
- 1/4 cup Tex Mex shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 1–2 tbsp water (as needed, to adjust texture)
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, Tex Mex cheese, chili powder, cayenne, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of water to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add an extra splash of water if needed to loosen the texture.
- Serve cold straight from the blender, or warm it up in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on high for 30–60 seconds until warmed through.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
- Serve hot or cold depending on your preference—it’s creamy and delicious either way.
- Adjust the texture by blending in 1–2 tablespoons of water until smooth and creamy.
- If it’s hard to blend, use a food processor instead of a blender for easier mixing.
