Creamy steel-cut oatmeal loaded with vanilla and matcha flavor!
- Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a pot. Add the oats and pinch of salt, reduce heat to low and cover and let simmer for 12-15 minutes. (*May vary depending on your oats, check your packaging for directions)
- Once the oats are cooked, turn off the heat and stir in the almond milk, vanilla extract, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Divide into two bowls or jar and top with fresh fruit and hemp seeds
Enjoy this matcha oatmeal on the go by pouring it into a mason jar and layering with fruit.
Top with any fruit, nut butter or jams you love.
Prepare this oatmeal the night before and store in the fridge. Heat it up on the stove or in the microwave when you’d like to enjoy it.
