Description

This white bean dip is made with 7 simple ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to make! 


Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tsp madras curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth 
  2. Serve with Pita chips, crackers or veggies. 


Notes

If you want an extra smooth white bean dip at 1-3 tbsp of cold water to the food processor.

If you don’t have a food processor, you can make this in a blender too.

Store in the fridge for up to a week
