This Lemon Tahini Dressing is perfect to enjoy on salads, bowls or however you like!

- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl and continue mixing until smooth and creamy (it might take a couple of minutes to come together.)ย
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.ย
Notes
Authentic tahini should be pretty runny. This is what you want. Don’t buy a “sesame butter” that is a thick spread, this will be much harder to mix into a creamy dressing.
If you find tahini to be a bit bitter, adding acid (like lemon juice) to it will help remove any bitterness. That’s why this dressing shouldn’t have any bitter taste.
Store this dressing in a jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
