Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup tahini (the runny kind)ย
- 2 large eggsย
- 1 tspย vanilla extract
- one 70% dark chocolate bar, chopped (or 100g of dark chocolate)ย
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, tahini and vanilla extract.ย
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.ย
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and then transfer the batter to the baking pan, pressing down evenly.ย
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, let cool completely before cutting.ย
