- 2 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup light or regular coconut milk
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide between two glasses.
Use ripe fruit in this smoothie for the best taste!
Frozen banana helps to thicken the smoothie. If you are using all fresh fruit, you can add a handful of ice and you might need to reduce the amount of coconut milk so the smoothie isn’t too thin.
