Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Jars have 12g protein per serving and only take 10 minutes to prep. They make a delicious healthy snack, dessert or even breakfast.

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, vanilla pudding mix, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of two jars.
  3. Top with a layer of Nilla wafers and a layer of chopped strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layers, ending with the yogurt mixture on top.
  5. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or enjoy right away for crunchy cookies.
