Enjoy these fresh strawberry overnight oats for an easy ready to eat breakfast!

- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats (quick or rolled oats)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, strawberries, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender and blend into a strawberry milk.
- Add the oats, chia seeds and Greek yogurt to a bowl or jar and add the strawberry milk. Mix together to combine.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours.
- In the morning top with more strawberries and enjoy.
Notes
Store covered in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Top with fresh strawberries or any other fruits you love.
