Description

My all-time favourite maple pecan granola recipe loaded with oats, maple syrup and pecans!

Units Scale

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, rice crisps, pecans, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until it’s evenly coated.
  5. Spread your granola out evenly onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping the pan halfway through.
  6. Let cool on the countertop completely before storing it.

Notes

  • Press the granola firmly into the pan and let cool completely to get granola clusters.
  • Store in a large jar or container at room temperature for up to three weeks.
