Description
Thai Peanut Butter Ramen comes together in 10 minutes and is packed with peanut buttery goodness!
Ingredients

- 2 pack’s of Mike’s Mighty Good Ramen
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the peanut butter sauce by mixing together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, sriracha, garlic and water together in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
- Open the ramen packets and remove the seasoning pack. (Save the seasoning pack to make some soup broth to eat on the side.)
- Boil a pot of water and add the ramen noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until soft, then drain.
- Pour the peanut sauce onto the ramen noodles and mix together until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
