Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients into a food processor until it begins to form a dough.
  3. Remove from the food processor and press the dough into your pan using your hands. You want to spread it out nice and flat.
  4. Place your pan in the fridge to firm up for 2 hours.
  5. Remove from fridge and cut into squares or bars.
  6. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

*If you do not wish to use maca in the recipe you can simply omit it. They will still be great!

    Tried these out as a snack for the week and they turned out way better than I expected. They held together well and were perfect to grab on the go. Definitely felt like something I’d reach for between meals or toss in a bag before heading out.
