Activia 2 week challenge
If there’s one health trend I’ve been trying to commit to this January, it’s gut health.
As someone who travels a lot, I always try to make sure I’m nourishing my gut with probiotic foods to help strengthen my gut health. This usually includes yogurts, kombucha, kimchi, tempeh, miso, and some others.
I’ve been particularly strict about working on my gut health recently since I had the flu back in December and had to take some medications that can be damaging to your digestive health. (Gotta love getting sick in the winter…)
That’s why I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be partaking in the Activia probiotic 2 week challenge!
The Activia Challenge is a 14-day commitment where you incorporate eating two Activia yogurts each day in your daily routine. Activia contain B.L Regularis which is an exclusive probiotic that contributes to healthy gut flora.
The challenge is a great stepping stone to create long-term healthy habits and to incorporate more probiotics into your daily routine.
I’m starting the Activia Challenge today and I can’t wait to see what effects it has on my overall digestive health. (Including helping with some bloating) It will be really interesting to track and see how I feel after a week and after two weeks of the challenge.
Some things I’m hoping to experience from the Activia probiotic 2 week challenge include:
-
Better overall gut-health
-
Increasing my daily probiotic intake
-
Reduce bloating & gas
-
Introducing a healthy habit into my diet
I’d like to invite YOU to join me in the two-week Activia challenge!
You can join if you’re looking to improve your gut health, reduce bloating & gas, or if you’re just looking to add some healthy habits to your diet. (What I’m saying is anyone can join!)
