Tips for making this pesto pasta salad

  • This pesto pasta salad recipe is made with store-bought pesto to make it even faster and easier. (Though you can make homemade pesto too if you prefer!)
  • I use gluten-free quinoa pasta for this recipe to make it a bit higher in protein. Any pasta will work.
  • While your pasta is cooking, prepare the other ingredients so that by the time the pasta is done everything else is ready to go!
  • Rinse the pasta under cold water when it’s ready to bring it to room temperature so it’s not too hot.
