I can’t believe the year is just about over. I thought it would be fun to recap my top 10 recipes of 2017!
Can you believe that tomorrow at midnight marks the official end of 2017?
I’m still trying to wrap my head around how fast this year passed and how many incredible things happened.
2017 definitely had it’s challenges, but it was a huge year of learning for me. 2017 marked my first official year as an entrepreneur! I quit my 9-5 job in September of 2016, at which point I was working freelance creating recipes for another company for a few months.
Once 2017 hit it was all about learning how to work on my own, grown my blog, create content for Instagram, and find out what it’s really like to work for myself. (and let me tell you, it’s not rainbows and sunshine all the time!)
I’m also so grateful to have spent over twelve weeks abroad in 2017. (You can check out some of my travel experiences here!)
I’m spending some time this weekend working on some goals and intentions for the new year.
Some of my goals (both work and personal) include traveling, spending more time disconnected from social media, being present and learn how to make videos for the blog and youtube (really excited about this one!)
I of course have many more intentions I’ve set, but these are just a few of them to get started on!
There will also be tons of exciting things coming to choosing chia in the new year! Firstly, I’ll be kicking off January as a “detox month” filled with tons of great healthy recipes to help you reset your mind & body and start the new year off on the right foot.
I’m feeling excited and ready to take on 2018! Let’s end off this year with my top 10 recipes of 2017!
